At Wander Scapes, we are committed to delivering high-quality fine art prints to you with care and efficiency. Please read below for all shipping-related information.

Processing Time

  • All orders are custom, made to order products, therefore once an order is placed it is yours.
  • Please allow at least 14 – 21 Business Days for your order to be processed and shipped.
  • Everything is hand-made and printed at Gold Coast Printing and Framing in Burleigh Heads, QLD. For your convenience, check out the printing process.
  • During peak periods, especially the Christmas and New Years period, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during this time and advise you order well in advance to ensure your print or framed artwork arrive in time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer both domestic (Australia) and international shipping. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all order.

  • Please allow 14 - 21 Business Days for your order to be made and shipped.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs or postal delays.

Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to ensure we can eliminate the risk of damage during transit. This includes:

Rolled Prints

  • Durable tubes
  • Print rolled in paper with an elastic band

Framed Prints

  • Cardboard corners
  • Bubble wrap taped around the frame
  • Securely contained in a custom-made cardboard box to eliminate movement

We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. Therefore, we only use acrylic glass with our framed prints which makes for a strong, long-lasting product.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Partners

We use trusted carriers such as Australia Post, depending on your location and shipping selection.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply in their country.
  • Wander Scapes is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Delivery Issues or Questions

Damaged or Lost Packages

If you have received your order and it is clearly damaged or has an issue, please contact us immediately or within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please note the following for assessment:

  • Keep original packaging as we cannot accept returns without it
  • Take photos of the damage or issue for evidence
  • Take a photo of your shipping label

This information will also be included with your delivery.

  • If your package is lost or delayed, we’ll work with the courier to investigate and find a solution.
