Refund Policy
If you change your mind
All our prints and frames are custom-made to suit specific customer requirements at the time of ordering. Therefore, we are not able to provide a refund or replacement if you have a change of heart after an order is placed.
Before checking out, please double check your cart to ensure your product information and sizing is correct. We cannot modify or change an order once the information has been sent to our production team.
Items damaged during shipping
We will replace any damaged or faulty products upon assessment. If you have received your order and it is clearly damaged or has an issue, please contact us immediately or within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please note the following for assessment:
- Keep original packaging as we cannot accept returns without it
- Take photos of the damage or issue for evidence
- Take a photo of your shipping label
This information will also be included with your delivery.
