Where do you ship?

We ship internationally for prints only. Framed prints & canvas prints are only available for shipping within Australia.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Once your order is placed it can take up to 14-21 business days for production & up to 7-14 business days to arrive from the day it’s shipped. Whilst we strive to get your order out as quickly as possible, we use a small, local business that take extra time and care to curate your order by hand.

Do we have a physical shop?

No, at this stage we are only online.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

No. We do not offer returns or exchanges. This is due to each purchase being made to order. We ask that you double check your cart on checkout. Once your order is placed we send it straight to the production team and cannot make any changes.

Can I pick up my order in person?

No, unfortunately we are not facilitated for click and collect as we do not have a physical store

How do I know the status of my order?

Once your order is made you will receive a confirmation of purchase and a receipt of purchase. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
